Anderson Franco Named To Negocios Now’s 40 Under 40

Anderson Franco Law is thrilled to announce that founding attorney Anderson Franco has been selected for Negocios Now’s Latinos 40 Under 40 list for 2025. This annual honor recognizes rising Latino professionals whose achievements, leadership, and service are transforming their fields and strengthening communities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.
Negocios Now—the nation’s premier Latino business publication—conducts a rigorous, months-long nomination and review process to identify 40 trailblazers under the age of 40. Finalists are chosen not only for professional success but also for their commitment to mentorship, civic engagement, and social impact. This year’s class includes innovators from technology, finance, healthcare, education, public service, and the law, underscoring the breadth of Latino talent driving the Bay Area’s economic and cultural growth.
For Anderson Franco, the award is both a personal milestone and a reflection of the mission at the heart of his practice. Since founding Anderson Franco Law, he has focused on representing injured workers and accident victims—especially Spanish-speaking families—who often face language barriers, financial hardship, and complex legal systems when seeking justice. Born and raised in San Francisco, Anderson witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be for working-class communities to access quality legal representation. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong dedication to equity and client-centered advocacy.

The 40 Under 40 honorees was featured in the May 2025 print and digital editions of Negocios Now and celebrated at a gala reception in San Jose, CA May 29, 2025. The event convened business leaders, elected officials, and community advocates to amplify Latino leadership and create new pathways for collaboration.
Anderson Franco Law extends heartfelt congratulations to all fellow awardees. We also thank Negocios Now for its ongoing efforts to elevate Latino voices nationwide. Together, we will continue working toward a more inclusive and equitable future—one case, one client, and one community at a time.
