A hit-and-run incident occurred early Thursday morning on the eastbound I-580 near the 106th Avenue offramp in Oakland, resulting in injuries. The incident was reported at approximately 12:51 AM on March 13, 2025. Initial reports indicated no injuries, but the situation was later updated to confirm that injuries were sustained.

Emergency services were promptly notified, and units were dispatched to the scene shortly after the incident was reported. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is actively investigating the case, and efforts are underway to locate the suspect, who was last seen near a liquor store close to a freeway entrance.
