A significant traffic collision involving three vehicles occurred on southbound US-101 near Willow Road in Menlo Park at approximately 3:52 PM on August 29, 2024. The crash resulted in the blockage of lanes one and two, prompting authorities to issue a SigAlert and advise motorists to expect delays.

Emergency responders, including units from the California Highway Patrol and local towing services, were dispatched to the scene. Initial reports indicated that there were injuries, though the extent remains unknown at this time. The roadway was cleared by 4:57 PM, but residual traffic delays continued to affect the area into the early evening.
