A traffic collision occurred this morning on State Route 12 East, just west of Farmers Lane in Santa Rosa, leaving the driver of a white sedan unconscious. The incident was reported at approximately 9:48 AM on October 31, 2024. Emergency services were promptly notified, and units were dispatched to the scene shortly after the report.

Upon arrival, responders found the vehicle with front-end damage, but no other vehicles were involved in the incident. The driver was found inside the car, appearing to be unconscious. The cause of the collision remains unclear, and it is unknown if the driver suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash.
