A serious traffic collision occurred on Interstate 80 East near the Auto Mall Parkway onramp in Fairfield, California, at approximately 2:25 PM on August 31, 2024. The incident involved two vehicles and resulted in significant injuries, including a pregnant driver who began experiencing contractions at the scene.
