A traffic collision involving two vehicles occurred this afternoon on State Route 84 at Main Street in Sunol, California. The incident took place at approximately 4:28 PM on August 29, 2024, and involved a white Toyota Camry and a Honda. Emergency services were promptly dispatched to the scene.

According to initial reports, the collision resulted in one individual becoming hysterical and reporting injuries, specifically an inability to move her arms. Fire services were on-site, blocking the eastbound lane and intersection to manage the situation and provide necessary medical assistance. The injured party was later moved to the Sunol 4 Corner Market area for further evaluation.

The collision caused temporary traffic disruptions, but all lanes were reopened by 4:56 PM. Motorists are advised to exercise caution when traveling through the area and to remain vigilant for any residual delays. Our thoughts are with the injured individual, and we hope for a swift recovery.
